Muadzad Shahrom Bin Muhasip used to work at the Sabah Youth and Sports Ministry starting in 2019 until 2022. He then worked at the State Public Service Department and was placed in the Remuneration & Pension Division and the State Public Sector Training Institute.
He is a person who has recognition as a Trainer from HRDF TTT: 18644. He is a trainer in Leadership, Business and Human Development courses. In addition, he also has NLP Coach Certification, NLP Basic Practitioner, LAB Profile Practitioner, NLP Developing Strategy Practitioner and NLP Framing & Refarming Practitioner.
The highest academic has a Bachelor of Sports Science Major in Coaching Science from the University of Malaya in 2008.
Experienced in managing organizational administration for 13 years in the government sector.

Youth Department.
On 2013-1015 he was a Sandakan Division KBSS Officer. He ad handle on administrations anda managing 5 districts such as Sandakan, Beluran, Kinabatangan, Tongod and Telupid. As a Youngest Officer at the time, He managed all the Sandakan’s Division and districs Youth and Sports Programm such as the 9 Youth Foundations Program, Sabah Youth Day, Sabah Games anda Local Autorities Program were KBSS Involved.
It was started on 2019 until 2022, He was assigned as Youth Assistant Secretary to handle 13 milion of allocations of youth development program in Sabah. During his responsibilities, he was manage the 15 of employees, 2 youth National program, more than 15 youth state program and created 4 new impactful programs such a as IKEBS, SYRC, Syabas dan YMS.
